What do you think?
As we were driving home, we got to thinking about the Krabby Patty. (That's the sandwich that SpongeBob makes at the Krusty Krab. I know; we're pretty sad sometimes.) We think that it is not made with crab, since Mr. Krabs is the owner of the restaurant, and he's a crab. Also, probably not beef, even though it looks just like a hamburger. They are at the bottom of the ocean - not alot of cows around. I'm thinking it's a round fish sandwich, maybe with a special secret something in the mix. It's served with tartar sauce - that's why I'm thinking fish. Anyway, I got an inspired idea in the car - for Samuel's second birthday party, I'm considering doing a whole SpongeBob theme, and serving Krabby Patties for lunch. So . . . . any ideas? How should I make them?

Yes it is the one you took in the night of Sherry's wedding. Bless you.
I left you a stern post on The Green Fan. You should read it and obey.
I am setting up a blog soon and looking forward to keeping in more touch then Christmas cards. We, who am I kidding, I didn't send any last year. We were so busy around the holidays I chose to put it off til after. It felt so good to choose and not guilt myself. The plan was to send Valentines, then Easter cards. Fourth of July is on the docket now. Watch for it!
Here is a Krabby Patty idea.
We make tuna patties all the time and they are easy and fast. for a sample batch all you need is one can of tuna packed in water, do not drain! add to this one package of soda crackers crushed and one egg. Mix in with as much salt to taste, i like a lot in mine. just knead by hand until they are wet enough that you can form them into patties. Fry them up in a skillet with olive oil, or what ever you like, sunflower oil also gives a good flavor. I imagine you could also use canned salman for more of a fishy flavor, and to make more just double or triple the batch. One batch makes about 5-6 good sized patties. Hope you try and like it
Since true Sponge Bob aficionados know that only Sponge Bob knows the secret recipe for Krabby Patties (thus plankton is always trying to kidnap/control him) - I think you should do a make your own krabby patty bar.
I am assuming this party is mostly either family or that you will be having mom's and dads of Samuels friends there should be ample adults.
Lunch meats and fixins, or chicken salad etc for the adults and peanut butter, jelly, tuna -etc.
You could have a variety of rolls instead of breads.
We call Abby "crabby patty" when she needs a nap. But I don't think you'd want to serve her.
You could get some gardenburger mix (or falafel mix) and shape it with a crab cookie cutter.
I guess that's not what the "real" Krabby Patties look like, but if the real ones look just like a hamburger, that's not particularly special.
You could make Spongebob out of cornbread with bologna for pants. I don't know what you'd use for eyes. Olives? I just like the idea of pants made out of bologna.

who is spongebob?
