I went to IKEA on Friday for the after-Thanksgiving sale, and bought a van-load of stuff. It's cool, it's packaged nicely, but getting it in the car is sure a bugger. Course, now I'm knee deep in little screws and wooden dowels. I'll fill you in on the whole story on why I ended up shopping on the craziest shopping day ever, and I'll put up a pic on the new stuff :)

Totally know what you mean. I'm actually thinking about making a lawn sculpture with leftover allen wrenches and burnt out tealight holders. Should be about 8 ft tall.
Just know that I need to drive over 3 hours before I even enter the purgatory called IKEA. I used to be so in love...now I just want want they got and endure the rest.
Don't think there is an IKEA in my state, or in any of its neighboring states. Oh, well.
Indeed, I just checked the IKEA website and the closest one to me is in Seattle. IKEAN'T.
HA HA HA! Clever girl, Sherry!
I hear there is an IKEA due to arrive in Portland around 2007...I cannot wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is it wrong that I'm jealous of your ability to shop there anytime you like?
