What's For Dinner

A few weeks ago, Stuart bought us a new wok, so I had to try it out with a little vegetarian stir fry.
It was Sally's idea to add some edamame, which I thought was brilliant (and pretty, hence the pics).  Here's the all-veg version, made with brown rice:
And the kiddos wanted chicken in theirs, and luckily I had some from the previous night's bbq:
 (part of our new food deal is that they must eat veggies, but they get to pick which ones (I push the green ones) - this time they picked shredded carrots and edamame, with brown rice)
 They liked it.

"Do you have to walk when you cook with a wok?" 
(sigh)
